Dunwich Manor Game Pitch

What Happens After?

It’s been years since you inherited the farm and built it up to a thriving pillar of the community. Your crops, wines, cheeses and jams are beloved by all.

It was never enough. No amount earned, taken or defended ever keeps your desire at bay for long. And suddenly, as if struck by a bullet, you’d run out. There was not mountain of interest left to climb, no competitor of worth left to best. One day, all that was left was you and your pulsing heart; ticking down to an unknown zero.

It mus’n’t be. Possessed as never before you sought to bring all of your resources to bear upon the problem of death.

But to attack the problem of death, you must first set about tackling the problem of measuring life. You {somehow} acquired the ability to measure your own remaining lifespan in heartbeats.

Alas! Not as much time as you were expecting to find! The life meter doesn’t fully reveal the future, but does indicate the maximum remaining heartbeats you possess based on your current circumstances.
