I put this page together to show you what I've been up to with Luna and Lana. In the spirit of collaboration, I generated a variety of concepts.

Head Blockin

I created a quick 3D block-in to develop test the design. In the final design I intend to differentiate the two heads to reflect differing mindsets. That could be extended to the entire body ultimately.

Blue Barbie

I created an easily posable, no-costume mannequin to explore poses. Here’s one I like a lot.

Questions

Can you provide me with some guidelines on how much detail to include in a vinyl design? Is there a minimum size for readable details? What materials are the molds made of? Are the molds limited to two parts? What articulation possibilities are available? Are interchangeable limbs possible?

What do the collectors value in a piece?
